草原之歌

我的文字和裴兄的畫不在一個層次，給他的畫寫些文字很難。好在他的成就已擺在那里，我的文字再不濟，也不至壞了畫的名聲。這樣想想，也就坦然了。
裴發邦的繪畫風格與古典傳統繪畫一脈相承，然而他又是如此的與眾不同。作品主題從未離開他所熟悉的草原人民，正如《烏蘭巴托之夜》中唱的，“那里有一生最重的思念，草原的子民無憂無慮，大地的兒女把酒當歌”。

裴發邦的心里住著一片草原。草原人民，有著待人熱情誠懇的傳統美德，以粗獷豪放、胸懷坦蕩、誠實熱情著稱。他和他的作品一樣是真實、自然的。懷著對草原深深的愛，在藝術中尋求美與善的情懷，他把草原主題推到了一個高峰。
裴發邦在藝術上是一位多面手，國畫、油畫、水彩都有深入的研究和實踐，這些都潛移默化地滋養了他的粉畫藝術。粉筆所到之處時而精致入微，時而狂放不羈，這種精致和狂放在他的畫里總是那樣的恰如其分。似乎永不褪色的光鮮亮麗、干凈素雅的中間色調、豐富細膩的暗部色彩、勤勞質樸的草原人、寬厚博大的草原，在他的畫中都被賦予情感與生命。

裴發邦又是一位音樂家，唱歌、跳舞、彈琴無所不能。我終于明白他的畫常常是一首歌，一支舞，看他的畫時能聽到馬頭琴的旋律在耳邊奏響。
裴發邦酣暢淋漓的粉彩里不單有東方情懷令人沉醉，也有筆端自然流露的西方浪漫主義色彩讓人遐想。正在寫作此文時，又傳來裴發邦的粉畫在國際上獲獎的喜訊。我想，裴發邦走向國際是一件很自然的事。

Artistic achievements：
In
2018,“old tajik” won the nomination award of the 32nd IAPS
international pink painting association and was selected to the 75th
ratcherson international representational portrait award 2019.
The
work“pamir mother” won the gold medal in the 4th international pink
painting biennale in Spain, the 4th prize in the online contest of art
of the United States, and the exclusive interview of American pink
painting magazine.
The hunter was selected for the Birmingham royal society of art grand prix.
Works“father’s prairie”,“pamir mother”in the fourth Spain international biennale.
His
work “khuslan on horseback” won the 89th professional artist annual
contest award of excellence, the United States art online grand prix
fifth!
