柏光林，字景程，1938年12月生江蘇南京人，現為中國美術家協會會員，中國收藏家協會會員、國家一級美術師網、入網畫家、中國國畫院院士、中國書畫名家研究會專職副會長等。

2012年與劉大為、范曾入編出版《藝術大師三人行》。

2013年與劉大為、范曾、黃永玉等入編出版《新中國書畫八大家》。

2013年與劉大為、范曾、吳冠中等入編出版《中國當代藝術巨匠》。

2013年與劉大為、范曾、靳尚誼等入編出版《民族國粹、20名頂級藝術大師》。

2013年與沈鵬、歐陽中石、劉文西、馮遠入編出版《中國藝術大家》《劉大為題詞》國禮珍藏冊出版工程。

2018年4月被世界文藝家企業家交流中心授予《新時代人民藝術家》榮譽稱號。

柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、動物較為突出，尤以虎畫具長，畫作曾獲名家高度贊賞，陸儼少、林散之、張仃多有提拔，曾與陸儼少合作雙虎圖、虎嘯圖、曾出訪過美國、南美多國、歐洲多國、亞洲多國，創作一批很有特色的水墨畫作品、《奧運圣火》由原國際奧委會主席薩馬蘭奇先生收藏，先后于北京、江蘇、深圳、珠海、香港、美國舉辦畫展、出版畫集，江蘇、珠海、南京電視臺先后攝制報道。

Bai Guanglin, styled Jingcheng, was born in December 1938 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He is currently a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Collectors Association, a National First-Class Artist Network member, an online artist, an academician of the China Academy of Chinese Painting, and the full-time vice president of the China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Research Association. In 2012, he was included in the publication "Three Masters of Art" alongside Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng. In 2013, he was listed in "Eight Masters of Calligraphy and Painting in New China" with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, and others. In 2013, he was featured in "Contemporary Art Masters of China" alongside Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Wu Guanzhong, and others. In 2013, he was included in "National Essence: 20 Top Art Masters" with Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng, Jin Shangyi, and others. In 2013, he was part of the publication project "China’s Great Artists" with Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Wenxi, and Feng Yuan, along with Liu Dawei’s inscription. In April 2018, he was awarded the honorary title "People’s Artist of the New Era" by the World Cultural Entrepreneurs Exchange Center. Mr.Bai Guanglin’s works are predominantly focused on landscapes, figures, and animals, particularly renowned for his tiger paintings that have received high praise from masters like Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi, and Zhang Ding. He collaborated with Lu Yanshao on "Twin Tigers" and "Roaring Tiger" paintings, and has visited multiple countries in the United States, South America, Europe, and Asia. His distinctive ink paintings include "Olympic Flame", which was collected by former IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch. He has held exhibitions and published art collections in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and the United States, with media coverage by Jiangsu, Zhuhai, and Nanjing TV stations.
